The Duarte peak with 3,087 meters above sea level is the highest point in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean region. It is located in the central cordillera, which is a mountain range in the center of the country and is located between the municipalities of Constanza, Jarabacoa, Padres las Casas and San José de las Matas. We do all-inclusive excursions from 1 to 5 days through the municipalities of Constanza and Jarabacoa in the province of La Vega, through Las Lagunas in the municipality of Padre las Casas in the province of Azua, through Mata Grande in the municipality of San José de las Matas in the province of Santiago, and by the municipality of Sabaneta in the province of San Juan. Our excursions start from the cities of Santo Domingo or Santiago in the Dominican Republic. We also have a 1-day helicopter tour departing from Santo Domingo.

Pico Duarte By helicopter, starting from Santo Domingo. (1 day).
(The trip includes): Entrance permit to the national park, round trip helicopter transportation, meals, guides and participation certificate.
Itinerary:
We leave from Santo Domingo at 10:00 am, and the helicopter flight takes 50 minutes to land in the Lilis valley, from the Lilis valley it takes 15 minutes to climb to the top of Pico Duarte on foot. We will spend about 3 hours at the top of Pico Duarte where you can look at the landscapes, take photos, and walk inside the Lilis valley. Then we return to Santo Domingo to arrive at 3:00 pm in the afternoon.
